The Utah Installs - Tuesday, June 26, 2007
Video Terminals were installed in the Ogden, UT Social Security Administration Office and in the Logan, UT office of the State of Utah's Department of Human Services, Division of Services for People with Disabilities (6.21.2007).

The South Dakota Installs - Monday, May 28, 2007

Tandberg 150 Video terminals were installed at : IHS Hospital, Rosebud, SD; Todd County Building, Mission, SD; IHS Clinic, Eagle Butte, SD; and the SSA office in Aberdeen, SD. The units at Pine Ridge, Kyle and Wanblee were upgraded to current software levels.

Inter-Agency Cooperation Can Expand Access - Wednesday, January 31, 2007
The Aberdeen Area Office of the Indian Health Services has expressed an interest in exploring ways to make some of their 30 video conference end points available as points of service for SSA services.

Secon Pierre Site Selected - Monday, January 29, 2007
The St Mary's Healthcare Center will become the second location to have a VCT terminal installed. The DSL line for this location has been ordered.

SSA offices in Cheyenne and Rock Springs, WY will soon have video terminals installed. Community locations in Riverton, WY, Dickinson and Devils Lake, ND and Glasgow, MT are being scouted for suitability as VCT sites.

T150 Availability - Friday, January 19, 2007
Large yearend orders for the Tandberg 150 have caused supply problems. Our terminals are now scheduled to ship to Grand Forks February 7th.

New Sites - Friday, January 05, 2007
DSL lines have been ordered for SSA offices in Fergus Falls, MN and Huron, SD, as well as, the first Community Point of Service in Pierre, SD at the Capital University Center. All installations should be complete by the end of January.

Pierre, SD - Monday, December 18, 2006
A site and communications audit was performed in Pierre, SD on December 14th. Those participating were Adam Harrington (SSA), Robert Rubeck (UND) and Glenn Miller (UND). Decisions on site selection will be made the week of 12/18/06.

Fergus Falls, MN - Wednesday, December 13, 2006
A communications audit was performed at the Fergus Falls, MN SSA office by Robert Rubeck and Glenn Miller on December 12th. Comm lines will be ordered the week of December 18th.

Browning terminal replaced and is operational,as are Great Falls and Glasgow..

Pierre/Huron - Thursday, November 09, 2006

The Center for Rural Service Delivery has received a Task Order from the General Services Administration to install additional video terminals in ND, SD, MN, WY and MT. The initial pair will be installed in Pierre and Huron, SD. An initial organizational teleconference was held 11/9/2006.
